Tenzo is a hospitality analytics platform that consolidates trading data from EPOS, labour, inventory and other operational systems into a single reporting layer. It is used mainly by restaurant and hotel food and beverage operations for sales reporting, forecasting, labour scheduling insight and daily management reporting. Percy Labs states that it holds a live integration with Tenzo, allowing purchasing data to flow into Percy for procurement analysis. That integration is described by Percy Labs and has not been independently verified by HotelLogic.
