Newbridge is a hospitality EPOS covering till sales, stock management, vouchers, loyalty and QR ordering across hotels, bars, restaurants and leisure venues. For hotels, the EPOS integrates with the property's hotel PMS so food and beverage charges post to guest room accounts and ledger accounts without manual rekeying. Front of house teams can operate on tablets, fixed terminals or customer-facing apps, and the system keeps taking orders when the internet drops out. Stock management tracks deliveries, stocktakes, spot checks and wastage with gross profit calculations. Voucher programmes sell online or in person with barcode redemption and detailed reporting, and QR ordering uses integrated promotions to reduce wait times and raise order values. Reporting dashboards show live performance and can be emailed automatically on a schedule. Newbridge is an EPOS, not a PMS, channel manager or booking engine. It handles point of sale and the food and beverage data around it, and posts charges onward to the PMS for the guest folio. Commercial terms are quoted by the vendor. Hardware can be supplied by Newbridge or chosen by the operator, installations are carried out on site, and customer support runs 24/7. Newbridge Software was acquired by The Access Group through its hospitality division, Access Guestline. Existing customers have been told that support, contracts and pricing are unchanged, with deeper integrations into the Access Group's hotel platform expected over time.
