Mr B Hospitality is the advisory practice of Philip Bolson, working with individuals, small and medium sized businesses, organisations and developers across hospitality. Philip describes his role as an advisor and friend, helping clients to be brilliant through practical, honest and encouraging support. The work covers four areas: starting a business, improving an existing business, growing and expanding a business, and developing the personal competence and confidence of the people leading it. Philip brings a range and depth of experience, skills, character and personal values to help clients achieve what they want to achieve. Engagements are typically structured working sessions with owners, leaders and their teams, combining open communication, constructive challenge, direction and practical actions rather than long written reports. Clients describe the sessions as motivational, productive and highly relevant, with clear actions agreed and followed through. Philip welcomes an initial conversation to understand where support would be most useful, whether that is business development, leadership, personal confidence or the next stage of growth.
